Design for organizing and realization of equipment erection operations

Almost for all projects, in which SDTB «Zaporozhgidrostal» participates, we prepare erection design for equipment we elaborated.

Design for organizing (POR) and realization (PPR) of equipment erection operations SDTB «Zaporozhgidrostal» elaborate, previews complete set of operations, fulfillment of which will ensure highly effective and safe conditions of erection job realization, namely:

  • positioning of mounting cranes, mechanisms and other devices;
  • elaboration of techniques and sequence of realization of erection operations;
  • organization of work places based on labour safety conditions existing during erection operations;
  • design and positioning of scaffolding;
  • various types of mounting devices, slinging means and schemes, temporary fastening of structures to be mounted, etc.

The following projects can be of most interest:

  • erection of large assemblies and struc-tures of reactor compartments of nuclear power plants using templates;
  • erection of large assemblies of steel and armed concrete protective linings of NPP with diameter 47 m.;
  • replacement of existing sluicegates when hydrotechnical projects are operating;
  • replacement of hinged gates with di-mensions 25×25 m of dock chambers of op-erating dockyards;
  • replacement of floating gates with span of 60m and mass up to 850 t of dockyards;
  • mounting of elements and large structures of gates at maritime protective facilities;
  • erection of penstock steel linings in a well 510 m deep of Zaramag HPP-1;
  • erection of metal towers of overhead power transmission lines 200 m high with self-lifting and swinging portals;
  • erection of steel concreted linings with section 20×20 m of unique inclined water conducting tunnels with complicated water flow energy suppressing element;
  • design of on-site industrial and mounting bases with complete technological cycle of manufacturing of piping and steel lining.
